Returns

We accept returns only if:

• Product is damaged

• Product is defective

• Wrong product received

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products

• Products damaged by customer

• Hygiene-related items (if opened)

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

• Refunds are made to the original payment method or store credit

Cash on Delivery Orders

COD delivery charges are non-refundable.
